I purchased 6 mugs for myself and my children. I personalized them with our names and they came out so nice. I like the quality and design on the mugs. As far as these go I would order again. I plan on putting the mugs in my children's christmas eve bags along with their pajamas and other little surprises. One of the mugs looked like it was already chipped when it was personalized. I reached out to the company and was very satisfied with the quick response in sending me a replacement.

What a wonderful product! One mug was broken in transit and I called for a replacement and it came in 2 days! It made my Christmas!!
