I absolutely love this mug. The lettering is crisp and clear. I took the time to put the names in the order that I wanted to see them and it was perfect. I had an issue with delivery. The delivery person toss it over into my patio and broke one of the mugs. I promptly called personalization Mall and they ship going out quickly and I got it again by the end of the week. I cannot speak highly enough of customer service and the products they offer. I highly recommend shopping here!

I ordered 8 mugs for my first order and was so impressed with the quality that I did a 2nd order. It too was first rate. THEN I remembered a few more people I could "gift" them to for the holidays and did a 3rd order. Love the product and the packaging is very protective. The last package came with the bottom smashed in and I was very concerned about the mugs, but the packaging was perfect, and all the mugs were intact! Great company and great products!

The mugs turned out very nice, however I thought I was getting 10 mugs with 10 separate names on each, instead of 10 names on all 10. So follow directions better than I did.

Ordered 9 of these - snagged 'em while they are 'On Sale'. They are just perfect! Gonna fill 'em w/little packets of Coffee, or Hot Chocolate & w/little btls of booze. I personalized 'em w/names, nick names, family roles, & the word 'Love' (EX: Thomas, Tom, Tommy, Brother, Son, Uncle, Love.) These Mugs are bright, colorful, & simply perfect.
