The colors are vibrant, writing is in all styles and well done and the cups themselves are sturdy and strong. They came packaged perfectly and each cup has its own box, which is a bonus for wrapping each one for gift-giving!!! My only lament: I WISH I HAD ORDERED MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 19 personalized mug. Ordering was easy.I was really paranoid and kept rechecking spelling of each names.I didn't use all the lines,most mugs has 3 or 4 names/writings in it.It came pretty quick as well and packaging was neat, no broken item. Each mug has its own box. The item itself is very nice, well worth the price,it was on sale,so I got a pretty good deal.I will definitely order again if there's a need and a good deal.Did not remember being offered a subscription for free shipping.

These cups seem to be of great quality and the printing is darling. You can play around a bit with the personalization to get different looks if you're ordering more than one. I give my teenaged grandsons gift cards, and every year I look for a different little gift to wrap so that they have an actual present. These should be perfect! I added words, too, so it's not just their names (hot chocolate, coffee, cider, snow, etc). All in all, I think this is a win!!
