I bought 13 of these cups. They are super cute. The only problem I had was, right after I had placed the order, I noticed that there were 2 corrections I needed to make. I emailed them and they said it was too late. Just be careful and review your writing.

I sent this as a gift to some friends and they loved it

With the exception of one mug that was broken, the remaining mugs were intact and are very nice. Overall, I like the quality of my products.

I was able to get these for a great deal and ordered 7 as a "little something" for family members for the Christmas season. They will be a nice surprise to give to them at Thanksgiving.

I ordered 11 different mugs for Christmas gifts. Each had several different names on them. They were easy to create and they arrived quickly and were well packaged. Nothing was broken. They turned out nicely. My only complaint is that two of the mugs were printed off center so the print is a bit high on the mug. There is an uneven amount of white on the bottom and top, with the print slightly faded at the rim.

Happy with the quality of the product. Received quickly. Would definitely recommend.

It turned out great just as the picture from the website. I wished I would have gotten a bigger size. It is to small for me to use but will display it.

It said up to 19 names. I put my 17 grandchildren on it thinking it would be filled in with ornaments, etc. It has my 17 grandchildren but 2 repeated. I would of added Mamaw and Papa if was more specific saying would be 19 names in it. Not happy

First item had the wrong name. Replacement has an obvious imperfection on the handle. Two stars for the replacement, zero stars for quality

The mug looks nice on the website but the real thing was not. Did not care for the way the personalization was done. It look dark and readable on the website but the real thing was not.
