The product is in a heavy frame- doesn't feel 'cheap'... arrived quickly. When reviewing your personalization, if you don't like the way names are arranged, try again and list in a different order- they'll change the arrangement. Can be hung or can sit on a surface.

This is a great gift for Grandma, my mother in law who has 8 grandkids. I included all their nicknames, given names and middle names. I can’t wait to give it to her for Christmas

Love the idea & outcome. The only thing I wish is that the script for the names was sharper, on some names more than others it’s almost blurry. Otherwise I love it!

This product arrived yesterday and I was so excited to see how it turned out. I love the design and the quality of packing material used to protect it during transit. Unfortunately while looking at it, one of the side pieces of the frame fell off. I'll be getting some wood glue today to make a quick fix, but other wise I'm very happy with the product and the way it turned out! I'm sure my aunt will love it when I give it to her!

I would have given it 5 stars except the hardware on the back came through on the front.

The picture is beautiful! The frame had some pieces splintering off on the back, but I was able to sand it down and it still looks good.

The snowman picture came out great. Very happy with it. The frame that's supposed to surround it, not so much. It came apart at two corners. Not sure if they didn't use enough wood glue or what.

The Snowman itself turned out great but the frame had come apart at 2 corners requiring us to attempt to re-glue.

I would give this 0 stars but the print is gorgeous. The frame came broken and there is no way to fasten the print into the frame.

When I opened the package I saw a scratch on the side of the front of the picture. I went to pick up the entire piece and the frame fell apart. It is not attached in 2 places.
