Just what I expected and turn around time was fast

I absolutely love this mug as a gift for a family member! However it arrived broken inside the individual box it was…. Inside the big outside box??. Things happen and I have notified Personalizational Mall to notify them of my damaged item! I pray it will be replaced as I know this is a very busy time of the year!
