The pillow cover it’s self is beautiful, however there is NO PILLOW INSIDE, NO STUFFING THAT MAKES IT A PILLOW. I called Personalization Mall to ask for help, a man said they must have forgot to put the inside pillow into the pillow case, and they will send the pillow insert asap!!!! That is great, but now I am having to wait for it to come for an unspecified timeline. This is a holiday gift for friends, and now I may not have a personalized gift for them in time for the upcoming holiday party. I think I should be compensated for my inconvenience with your mistake. Also I had to pay a hefty shipping price, which is annoying, since all other retailers I shop with are giving free shipping for the holidays.
