Over the years I have ordered numerous photo ornaments, mostly for myself, but this one was a gift. My friend was thrilled with her personalized ornament! Each year I created personalized ornaments for my family for the next holiday as a gift. This year I found it extremely difficult to create them, save them and access them again to order. After five tries I was about to quit when I received an e-mail from Personalization with the ornaments attached. Once saved they should not disappear forcing recreation of the ornament, which is not the easiest process, with editing & scaling. Make the process simple & accessible so as not to lose customers
