Each year I created personalized ornaments for my family for the next holiday as a gift. This year I found it extremely difficult to create them, save them and access them again to order. After five tries I was about to quit when I received an e-mail from Personalization with the ornaments attached. Once saved they should not disappear forcing recreation of the ornament, which is not the easiest process, with editing & scaling. Make the process simple & accessible so as not to lose customers

Very nice product that I have bought for my friends for the last 7-8 years. This year no velvet bag.

It was very distressing that the personalization did not show up right away until after I ordered and the picture was not correct. I know that it says pictures cannot be changed but I could not see the preview well and it would not enlarge.
And the main thing is that the website would not let me change that photo cropping even when I ordered another ornament so I had to pick another picture from my library. However this is the first time this has ever happened and the website is normally easy to work with.
Make sure to "review" your personalization carefully and if you cannot see it then contact the company before ordering.
