Perfect for Sweet 16 This was a perfect present for my sixteen year old daughter. We all love something with our name on it but a keychain with your name on it is extra special. The quality is great and it is so bright and beautiful.

Will make multiple purchases I initially purchased this product with a couple dear friends of mine in mind...both of whom were turning 50. Had each of their first names engraved on one side, along with their 50th milestone birthdays engraved on the back. (Example: Julie / 01-11-2010)
They were both huge hits...unique, functional, delicate in appearance and yet durable by design. The fact I could personalize this type of item, made it all the more special.
My son was trying to find something "different" for his girlfriend on Valentines Day, so naturally, I took him to this website. Just a small adjustment Like the key chain. But it seems a little challenging putting and taking the key on and off the chain. The top part of the heart ? is the part that opens which is short. I find challenging to hold and put my key ?? on or if I want to take off. Seems to me the bottom part of the heart should push in to open the heart to put your keys on. It longer which have more leverage your thumb can press it open on it will be easier to add keys on and off. If it worked that way it would be perfect.

It was purchased for my 16 year old grandaughter who liked the simplicity of the heart and the personalization. It was a little smaller than anticiptated but very nice and the engraving was done very well.
The clasp on the first key ring was loose and did not close correctly. I contacted Personalization Mall and they promptly replaced the key ring with the engraving. The clasp on the new key ring was fine.
