The quality and workmanship is very good. I ordered 7 ornaments. I know the family will love them for years to come.

We’re all here to remember each and everyone through the years to come Even when those who grow up and move far away we still have the little Santa Good List that grandma bought us one Christmas Day. Grandma is looking down on all of us as we celebrate Christmas and looking at the gift she once had on that tree with all our names.

Exactly as described. Names are legible and neatly done. Very happy with this gift.

I loved it, but it was broken. It was package good but I guess it’s an easy one to break. Gonna try and glue it back together.

I was so excited to receive this ornament. When I opened it, that excitement went away and sadness replaced it. The ornament was busted into 3 parts and little pieces of the ornament in the bag. It was only wrapped in one little thin piece of bubble wrap. So I had to get back onto your customer service and explain what happened. I had to suggest that your ornaments be wrapped MUCH better with "more" bubble wrap to ensure this doesn't happen again.

The ornament is very cute, and I think our daughter and her family will love it.

Every year my craft group exchanges Christmas ornaments. I selected this Santa Ornament and put all our names. I love it.

Another gorgeous ornament but it came broken

The first ornament I received was broken into 3 pieces. I notified you on the same day and you sent out another one quickly. This time wrapped up in bubble wrap AND put in a cardboard box that was quite sturdy. I held my breath as I opened it but I was SO happy, it was in one piece. I really appreciate the quickness of your company to make this right. I can't wait to give to my granddaughter and her boyfriend !!!!! Merry Christmas !

My dad is in a nursing home and trying to gift for multiple people in the nursing dept was difficult. When I saw this ornament, I was able to list the names of all the staff, which is so great. I am sure they will be surprised to see their name with all their coworkers' names on the same ornament. I cannot wait to deliver them next week. I purchased 10 of these.

We really like our 2024 ornament. The names are clearly imprinted and the Santa is sweet and colorful.

This is a nice ornament. I added the year 2024 as the first or last name on the list. I put ornaments in stockings to be used on my children’s trees the following year.

So cute. Like that they allow you to personalize up to 10 lines so I included pets. Excited to give as Christmas gifts to my sons' families. A little heavy, but not too much to hang on even a live tree.

I love this santa ornament! It arrived today, personalization was great, but if you shift the light, you can see a crack across the names that has been repaired. I'm not returning it because the crack is not highly visible and it's for my personal tree. If it was a gift I would be asking for a replacement. I am a little disappointed that they would send a repaired item though

This is such a beautiful ornament. Excellent quality and able to add many names. Since we have toddlers spending Christmas day together, we were able to add all the cousin's names too which makes them all happy to see.

I love to be able to send a different Christmas Ornament that is dated and add the name of any additions to the group. My Son can look back and remember each year as his family grows with the addition of his grandchildren.

I purchase ornaments each year from the “Personalization Mall” for my grandchildren. “Personalization Mall” allows you to personalize up to 10 lines on this particular ornament.

I put their first name, middle name, Merry, Christmas, the year and who the ornament is from. It is a superb annual ornament for them to keep year after year. It is a wonderful compliment to any Christmas Tree which will stay on the tree until the Christmas season is over. I hope they will treasure the ornament and they will place the ornament on their Christmas Tree when they get older. I usually get the ornaments in a velvet gift bag which costs $1.50 extra and it’s worth it. I usually order the ornaments a month before their Christmas Tree goes up!

It is a well-made ornament with quality workmanship. Their timely delivery is perfect.


I hope “Personalization Mall” will make some accommodations for those customers requiring more lines for personalizing each ornament.
