Was happy about how fast I received the order and how the picture on the website didn't do it justice. It was so much prettier. They beautifully stenciled each hat with the correct spelling of every name.

They looked exactly the pictures and description. All the names were spelled correctly. The only change I would have made was on the metal snowman (#28551) The lettering was very small, I would have liked it a little larger.

All three ornaments, three to four names each, are adorable. But when I ordered them back in September, I requested economy shipping. When I was notified they arrived I saw that I was charged for Express shipping. Costing me almost ten dollars more. I called and they fixed the issue immediately. Great product and service.
