Spectacular I surprised my wife with this piece naming the 29 members of our immediate family. She was so impressed. There was a delay in the shipping, and I called customer service asking for clarification. After a short delay, I was told that the piece was being redone because the first version did not reach their level of perfection. Wow. That is comforting to anyone using this company. I have ordered table runner and ornament this year, and everything has been excellent.

Our Family ( Mom's Christmas Gift) Amazing and cute idea. This is a gift for our Mom/Grandma/Great Grandma her precious family. It turned out adorable and the frames really make it special. Once again navigating the names to be placed was a little difficult and took way too long. some names we wanted duplicated over others and some larger than others. We had to keep editing and sometimes we had to start all over again. That was frustrating. Overall, they turned out absolutely adorable. We have an extremely large family and we had to create two masterpieces. Thank you for this precious gift to our Mom

Our Family ( Mom's Christmas Gift) Navigating all the names were a little difficult without using the total amount of 35. We wanted some names duplicated but others not. It took a very long time with the site. Time that we don't have this time of the year. Overall, the design turned out amazing and everyone was pleased.
