The turnaround time from ordering to delivery was less than a week. The item itself came out wonderful, exactly how my template showed when ordering. I suggest entering all the names and then after seeing the random placement, adjust as necessary until you see the perfect name placement. My sister-in-law was so surprised to receive it and absolutely loved it! Highly recommended!

Super Cute Name Snowman By Shopper (Jerseyville, IL) - November 29, 2023 This is a really cute gift. It arrived VERY quickly. I know most people don't have this problem, but I wish you could add more than the allotted names. I would love to make one with all of my nieces and nephews for my mom, but we have more than the number of lines allowed.

 Proof was unavailable and ended in disasterWhen i tried to click on the proof, the generic “Smith Family” appeared. Upon receiving the product, every name appeared 2 times with 1 in larger print EXCEPT 1 Grandchild and 3 pets. The child whose name only appeared 1 time was also the smallest print on the snowman. I would have removed the pets if discovered ahead of time. Now, the child’s feelings are hurt and we can’t display the canvas at all.

Duplicate Names Timely arrival. Good price. However some names are duplicated. Probably to fill in space, but I don’t like that.
