I ordered 4 of these mugs for gifts for my coworkers. Order was straight forward and easy with the help of quoting also. Unfortunately one of the mugs arrived broken but PM customer service was on point and resent a new mug.

This was purchased as birthday gift for twin granddaughters. I liked the clean crisp feel and look of the coffee cup. I bought the 11 ounce cup. The inscription on the back and the name/initial monogram on the front are very classy.

I thought it turned out great. I am not sure if I missed it. I think it would of been better if I could have right justified all the lines. Turned out great all the same. I like that you can write anything on the mug. They give you quite a bit of space to do that.
