Gave my brother-in-law a puzzle of his newly purchased cabin so he would always have a memory of his new home.

This is a great puzzle. Disappointed in the packaging and that is why i only have 4 stars. The box was a little small and the puzzle seemed to be jammed in.

Puzzle is adorable, and I received it quickly. My only issue is with the box. It is very flimsy and broke apart the first time it was opened. Still a good buy.

Thought I was very careful on selecting the 252 piece puzzle but I guess I selected the 25 piece instead. The box it comes in is like a clothing box.

Puzzle is great. I’m just disappointed that the box it came in was broken.

The puzzle actually rates a 5-star. The reason I removed 1 of the stars is that the people receiving the gift had no idea who sent it. The complimentary note was not seen in small print on the outside of the shipping box.

This product was great! It is a gift so it has not been put together yet, however it came in a timely manner and from what I can tell is all there! The colors are a little distorted but not enough to lower the quality of the image. I’m excited to see how it turns out once fully put together.

The picture pieces were clear and good.

Overall I liked the puzzle. The print on the box is cropped and doesn't show the whole puzzle image. The plastic bag on holding pieces was a mess & I had to replace it. The gift receiver was thrilled!

Purchased for a "grandma" gift. She will love it. Combines her love of puzzles with a family picture! Didn't give a 5 only because I am not opening it and putting it together.

This puzzle came in the mail very quickly and was packaged safely and perfectly. Love the outter box! It is a Dad's Day gift so I can't take it apart to comment on how it looks completed or to confirm that all the pieces are there. . . the only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars. In late June, I'd be able to say more. Thanks for what appears to be a wonderful gift; I will most likely reorder again!

I ordered 2 puzzles as gifts. One was perfect but the second was a little fuzzy, but all in all, I was pretty happy.

I know the people who receive them will be very happy.

This puzzle is a nice gift for a family member who loves puzzles.

Personalized photos are great puzzle material. Although this looked like it would be an easy 252 piece puzzle it was challenging. The quality is good. Pieces are not too thin or too thick. The puzzle box is flimsy and was easily crushed in the mail as it was delivered.

I ordered 2 of these puzzles for a Valentine gift for my grandchildren. The puzzle is GREAT! Customer SERVICE was GREAT. When the puzzles arrived, I was missing a box for my grand daughter's puzzle. I contacted Customer Service and she was amazing and quickly sent off a box (which also included another puzzle!) in plenty of time for Valentine's Day. The puzzles are beautiful. The score of 4 is because the boxes are pretty flimsy; they probably will not last long if used by kids very much.

The matte finish on the pieces look very nice, but the pieces are thin and I worry how long they will last. The box is poor quality, which is too bad since it needs to hold up to being opened and closed a lot by children. The box doesn’t have the name or photo of the puzzle on the sides either (solid black) so it may be harder to find among other puzzles and games on the shelf. Overall happy with the purchase, yet the other personalized photo we got elsewhere was better quality than this one.

Present is fantastic cannot wait to give it on Christmas morning

I received the puzzle very quickly. It will be a gift for my grandson's little cousin. The colors are bright, and it came in a cute box. I think little B. will love it.

The puzzle is great. I would give it 5 stars if the box were stronger. I have ordered cheap photo puzzles at other places and found that the quality in those places wasn't nearly as good as this puzzle's, but the boxes were good and strong. This box is the kind that can fold up, which really makes it too flimsy for a jigsaw puzzle.

The puzzle was a great gift idea. It was printed and shipped in a reasonable time but the picture turned out a little darker then what I expected

I was very pleased and surprised with the quality of the puzzle. I purchased it as a gift for my Mom and she loved it. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the box it came in. It was shipped in a bag, not box, which resulted in the puzzle box being flattened. The quality was weak to begin with so it wouldn’t have withstood much.

Got a puzzle of my grandma's great grandchildren for my grandma to put together on Christmas. It's a little blurry but still a cute gift she will love.

I would have given this item 5 stars as it is great. The puzzle is heavy in weight and the image is bright and clear. But they ship it in a bubble envelope and the puzzle box gets crushed. They took care of me but they should us an actual box to ship it to prevent crushing.

I ordered a puzzle of a 6 year old at the state fair. The colors in the puzzle match the picture perfectly. Very pleased. Only disappointment was that one of the pieces was creased, probably from someone taking the pieces apart for shipment.

The quality of the photo puzzle was ok - i was hoping the pieces would have more of a glossy finish but they didn't which was ok - but, the box they came in was damaged during shipping because they put it in a flimsy bubble mailer and since it was a gift I was including with other things - it looked bad because the box was bent/ripped. They did send a replacement but it came too late to include in the present.

Great product, came out the way I had hoped. Came when it was scheduled. I would order again.

The puzzle arrived right on time, 25pieces just as ordered & size as well as quality just as for usual puzzle quality.
The only improvement I could suggest, is to offer the option for bigger puzzle size (but still with 25pieces)

I bought this for my parents as my dad loves puzzles. I used a photo of them from my wedding and they love it. My dad usually frames them when done. This is a special keepsake that can be displayed for years to come and it's a fun idea.

It turned out great, and was easy to do. Shipping was fast. I just miss the tin they used to come in. The cardboard box isn't as durable.

The puzzle picture is clear and a good size. Only complaint is cardboard box it comes in... low quality and can get easily smashed. Wish I ordered from other sites that offer picture tins for storage.

I love the tin, though the print could be a slightly higher quality. It prints exactly like the preview given. Puzzle is good quality.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they first sent us the tin without the puzzle. But they were quick to send a replacement and very kind about it. The gift itself looks great! The photo looks wonderful on here and I'm very happy with this product.

The puzzle turned out perfect! My picture is clear and sharp and sized perfectly. The tin it comes in isnt thin or weak. The packaging was hard to open, which is both good and bad, and the pieces were a bit smaller than I thought, which is my fault as the website gives dimensions, but its hard to picture that sizes cut into 252 pieces.

Bought this puzzle mainly for my kids (5 and 3) and it's pretty good. All of the custom puzzles are too $$ in my opinion and I only have 2 "complaints." The cardboard is fine and will serve it's purpose, but it could be a little bit thicker for little hands. Second, I realize these are put out by a machine one after the other, but the pieces came a bit "curled up." I put the puzzle inside the pages of a thick, heavy book then placed a very heavy item on top of that and it flattened it just fine, but I shouldn't have to do that. In short, it's a great product that required some personal tweaking. Good luck!

My mother loves to get pics of the grandchildren and she also enjoys completing puzzles so this is a great gift idea with a dual purpose! After making the puzzle my mother frames them for display. Picture quality is good and the tin frame also displays pic so this is an added plus. I will be purchasing this product in the future.

I ordered this as a wedding gift for my puzzle loving cousin. Upon receiving it I was a nervous because the lid of the tin cut off the top of the picture differently than in the preview; but after proceeding to put the actual puzzle together, to make sure the same thing didn’t happen there, I am thrilled with the results. The puzzle itself deserves five stars; the only downside was that the lid to the tin did not come out as nicely. Overall I think this product makes a great gift and is something I will keep in mind for future gifts.

I was very pleased with the puzzle. I had to order it last minute and I was able to get it right on time. My only concern was a good percentage of the pieces as my coworker began to put it together started to peel. I am not sure because this was a rushed order. But I would have liked for the pieces to be adfixed a little stronger.
