Great gift - the tin and the puzzle are of good quality!

Smooth transaction, prompt delivery, quality better than expected. Few pieces were not completely cut, but this was not much of a problem when being careful separating them.

I bought puzzles for my grandchildren. The full photo on the box lid is great. The puzzle itself is of medium thickness, so relatively sturdy. The puzzles come completed, then folded to fit in the box. OK for the 200+ size but the 500 piece puzzles were folded multiple times and squeezed to fit in the box. This caused damage to a dozen or two pieces. I suggest puzzles be disassembled before packaging to avoid the damage. Otherwise a great gift!

My puzzle arrived fast, in 4 days which was excellent. The box that the puzzle is in however, is thin cardboard and flimsy. I don’t see it holding for very long ??.

I had this puzzle sent directly to a friend as a birthday gift so I never saw the actual product. I can say it was extremely easy to order online.

The picture on the puzzle turned out great! I was happy with the purchase. We can’t wait to put it together. The box the pieces came in is not very sturdy. It will def not hold up. It arrived quickly.

Was pleased with how quickly my order was completed and delivered. The colors were true to original photo. My only issue is the flimsy box it's presented in, doesn't hold up well.

This is a great puzzle. Disappointed in the packaging and that is why i only have 4 stars. The box was a little small and the puzzle seemed to be jammed in.

Puzzle is adorable, and I received it quickly. My only issue is with the box. It is very flimsy and broke apart the first time it was opened. Still a good buy.

Thought I was very careful on selecting the 252 piece puzzle but I guess I selected the 25 piece instead. The box it comes in is like a clothing box.

Puzzle is great. I’m just disappointed that the box it came in was broken.

The puzzle actually rates a 5-star. The reason I removed 1 of the stars is that the people receiving the gift had no idea who sent it. The complimentary note was not seen in small print on the outside of the shipping box.

This product was great! It is a gift so it has not been put together yet, however it came in a timely manner and from what I can tell is all there! The colors are a little distorted but not enough to lower the quality of the image. I’m excited to see how it turns out once fully put together.

The picture pieces were clear and good.

Overall I liked the puzzle. The print on the box is cropped and doesn't show the whole puzzle image. The plastic bag on holding pieces was a mess & I had to replace it. The gift receiver was thrilled!

Purchased for a "grandma" gift. She will love it. Combines her love of puzzles with a family picture! Didn't give a 5 only because I am not opening it and putting it together.

This puzzle came in the mail very quickly and was packaged safely and perfectly. Love the outter box! It is a Dad's Day gift so I can't take it apart to comment on how it looks completed or to confirm that all the pieces are there. . . the only reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars. In late June, I'd be able to say more. Thanks for what appears to be a wonderful gift; I will most likely reorder again!

I ordered 2 puzzles as gifts. One was perfect but the second was a little fuzzy, but all in all, I was pretty happy.

I know the people who receive them will be very happy.

This puzzle is a nice gift for a family member who loves puzzles.

Personalized photos are great puzzle material. Although this looked like it would be an easy 252 piece puzzle it was challenging. The quality is good. Pieces are not too thin or too thick. The puzzle box is flimsy and was easily crushed in the mail as it was delivered.

I ordered 2 of these puzzles for a Valentine gift for my grandchildren. The puzzle is GREAT! Customer SERVICE was GREAT. When the puzzles arrived, I was missing a box for my grand daughter's puzzle. I contacted Customer Service and she was amazing and quickly sent off a box (which also included another puzzle!) in plenty of time for Valentine's Day. The puzzles are beautiful. The score of 4 is because the boxes are pretty flimsy; they probably will not last long if used by kids very much.

The matte finish on the pieces look very nice, but the pieces are thin and I worry how long they will last. The box is poor quality, which is too bad since it needs to hold up to being opened and closed a lot by children. The box doesn’t have the name or photo of the puzzle on the sides either (solid black) so it may be harder to find among other puzzles and games on the shelf. Overall happy with the purchase, yet the other personalized photo we got elsewhere was better quality than this one.

I received the puzzle very quickly. It will be a gift for my grandson's little cousin. The colors are bright, and it came in a cute box. I think little B. will love it.

The puzzle is great. I would give it 5 stars if the box were stronger. I have ordered cheap photo puzzles at other places and found that the quality in those places wasn't nearly as good as this puzzle's, but the boxes were good and strong. This box is the kind that can fold up, which really makes it too flimsy for a jigsaw puzzle.

The puzzle was a great gift idea. It was printed and shipped in a reasonable time but the picture turned out a little darker then what I expected

I was very pleased and surprised with the quality of the puzzle. I purchased it as a gift for my Mom and she loved it. However, I was very disappointed with the quality of the box it came in. It was shipped in a bag, not box, which resulted in the puzzle box being flattened. The quality was weak to begin with so it wouldn’t have withstood much.

Got a puzzle of my grandma's great grandchildren for my grandma to put together on Christmas. It's a little blurry but still a cute gift she will love.
