Making Memories Personalized Photo Collage Frame Customer Reviews

I ordered 2 of these picture collages and one of them is not centered correctly. It is not centered top to bottom, and instead centered towards the top which makes it look weird.

The idea looked great at first. When I received the frames I found that the size of the letters were much smaller. It was extremely hard to fit the pictures in the frames without making photo modifications at a photo store. I also found the same kind of frame for much less at Michael's craft store. The letters on their mats were outlined in black which made them more attractive. I would have returned the frames if I had a substitute plan for the gifts. Sorry

I've purchased so many things and am always pleased... but these frames are cheap, and they look cheap. And they feel cheap. Highly disappointed in the quality.

The height of the individual letters in the photo mat are 4 1/4” tall landscape layout unusable.
When I contacted Personalization Mall their solution was to use 5x7”pictures
Unfortunately the enlarged pictures lose the subject matter, in my case a Corvette

So much better if Personalization Mall would decrease the opening on the die to
3 7/8”
