Young engaged couple loved this gift! the cutting board was adorable and the couple loved the gift; HOWEVER, the gift message was not included in the packaging and the couple didn’t know who had sent it. One of their mothers had to send out a text to many friends in order to find me. I was disappointed about that. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Cool It’s a good quality board. The etching options are numerous. The only issue I had was that the coloring inside the words were not the same throughout. The shading was dark in some parts and light in other parts.

Perfect Housewarming Gift The cutting board is nice. It has indents on the bottom for easy lifting which I like. I did have it monogrammed and that came out correctly spelled etc. My one complaint was that the writing I had monogrammed was not dark enough. The writing was dark on the bottom of the letters and gradually faded lighter as it got to the top of the letters. Maybe it’s because it’s made of bamboo? Don’t know, but that’s why I knocked off a star....

Great moving gift A friend is planning to move, and this was a perfect gift for him to take his memories of all of us with him.
I wish the font were bigger, but he loved the gift and the meaning behind it.

Very Nice! I really liked the idea of being able to have a customized engraving on this cutting board. The font was great and legible, but I do wish the company could've included something to make the engraving stand out more, something to make it darker and easier to see. Other than that, shipping was good and packaging was great. The quality is yet to be tested since this is a gift for a dear friend. Hopefully, this will stand the test of time and she will be able to use this cutting board for years to come. Thank you so much for doing a bang-up job PM.com!!

Personalized cutting board By Shopper (Bend, OR) - November 11, 2017 This is a fabulous gift for a client or friend or family member. It's a good size. The ONLY reason I give it a 4 is the enscription is slightly "faded" looking, almost like the carving didn't quite go deep enough on the very top of the letters and again on the bottom enscription it didn't seem to go deep enough on the bottom half of the letters. But, that said, it truly is fine and a great gift. I would order again!

Product was given as an Engagement Gift. The Bamboo Cutting Board has great quality. I like to
give gifts that I would like to receive. My only suggestion is that the
top line of the engraving (perhaps) should have been moved down a little more.
I believe that would have made the engraving easier to read. I would consider sending this gift to others in the future.

Personalized Bamboo Cutting Board Purchased the item and it was delivered on a timely basis. No problems ordering or receiving. The engraving was beautifully done. The board itself is a little warped where it doesnt' lay flat on the counter and it doesn't give it a comfortable feel when chopping. Overall, it was a good buy for the price.

Wedding gift I bought this for a wedding gift. Very well made. Only problem is the engraving was not as dark as I hoped. Not sure if it was the font I chose or what. The wood bamboo was nice and it came with instructions on how to take care of it.

Very nice I really like the board and the personalization idea. It arrived quickly and it looks very nice. The only improvement would be to make the font a little darker and maybe a little thicker (yes, I know I can choose a font, but I didn't realize the font I chose would be so small). I would definitely recommend this.

My only suggestion is that the board should have little 'feet' on the bottom - to prevent it from moving. Otherwise I'm extremely happy with it!

Bought two as shower gifts By Shopper (Little Ferry, NJ) - May 14, 2014 I bought two of these cutting boards as shower gifts - I was not so impressed with the first board I opened (the lettering did not stand out)and that is the reason for only four stars. However, the second board was beautiful and would have rated it 5 stars. The engraving was much darker than the first board and the board was beautiful.

Beautiful, but perhaps just for show We ordered this for ourselves as an anniversary momento, but we are people who USE things, not just look at them, and although we love the look and weight of this board (and the bonus is indentations below that make lifting easy and more stable!), we find that 10 months later, despite oiling it regularly, the board is losing color and appears dried out. We still love it for ourselves and find the initial appearance sufficient to gift it, too.
