I have ordered multiple times from Personalization Mall, and though the printing and frame were fine, the tabs that keep the back on are impossible to move. I am hoping that the person to whom I am giving it will be able to move them to put their picture in.

This item was the only item out of 3 that wasn’t in a separate box. When I unwrapped the bubble wrap that when I noticed damage to the top left corner
