I contacted Personalization Mall by email and they were quick to respond with an offer to replace or refund the ornament. I have requested a replacement and hoping it arrives as quickly as the first one. I gave 5 stars even though the item was broken as the quality was excellent and the customer service even better so far.

It is a very cute ornament. However, the custom printing on it appears to be a bit blurry. I thought it would be more crisp.
