Love my ornament

I ordered the ornaments as Christmas presents for coworkers. They have a smell like wood burning, but hoping the smell fades. I love them, but unfortunately one came in broken. Hoping PM will take care of this and send a replacement.

I bought this for my daughter's family for 2022. It was the only ornament that I could find that could fit nine names and have them placed (through the preview of the item) where I wanted them. Some other ornaments that I looked at that would also accommodate nine names, didn't allow the names to be placed in the order that I wanted (I wanted the pets' names to be after the family member's names). My daughter and her family loved it! It's the only ornament that she has with her pets' names on it, which makes it extra special.
