I originally ordered this with the multi-color names but was not happy as some of the names were hard ro read but I was able to get it replaced with a solid color names and it turned out beautiful and my mother fell in love with it. The garden stone is exactly as represented online. The only difficulty was placing the names so duplicates were not right next to each other. PMall corrected a design issue asap and expedited the corrected product next day! Very pleased with its customer service!
