This is my first not completely positive review of a Personalization Mall item...I have always been 100% satisfied with everything I've ordered. This Tshirt is really cute; the bunny design I chose and the personalization came out great, but I ordered a 2T for my 15 month old grandson, and his head would not fit through the neck opening. His head is an average size for his age, so that's not the problem. Hopefully PM will correct this, because otherwise the item is great. I called PM to inform them, and they immediately offered me a credit. Great company which I will continue ordering from!
