Bunny Family Personalized Lumbar Throw Pillow, one as a gift for my friend and the other for myself. In each case I requested to be personalized with the names of our grandchildren printed on the pillows. Having thought of what a nice gift it would make for me to bring to my friend's house for Easter dinner, I ordered VERY close to Easter. I am happy to say that the pillow was delivered, as promised, before Easter!! I call that great Customer Service!!!!
