I received the frame on the day we gave it to our friends and I could not have been more pleased with it!! I was worried that the picture would be blurry or that the writing would cheap and inconsistent. But it was perfect. I tried finding something wrong with it and just couldn't! I have purchased Christmas ornaments from PM and have always been pleased so decided to try a bigger item. Would definitely recommend!

This frame is gorgeous, but be careful with the personalization. I typed in the name, date of birth and details exactly as I wanted them to appear. The review looked perfect. But when I received it, the date of birth was missing. Customer service blamed it on me. They could not accept that their process had an error. So I’m stuck with it.

I purchased three personalized picture frames for my new granddaughter. The picture frames arrived and the inscription was too long for the space and spilled over into the flowers. When ordering the number of characters/spaces should have been identified or the font size should have been adjusted. I contact Personlization with a customer service representative and via email. I have not received a response.
