This mug, and the ornament I got along with it, were my sister’s favorite gifts this year! While the site’s customization “tools” weren’t as intuitive as they could have been, I was able to navigate everything fine. The quality of both items I purchased seemed quite nice, and the photos showed up great! The strongest selling point would have to be their speed…pretty sure I ordered on Monday night, and received the items on Thursday (customized with my photos) - crazy fast!
