Gift is engraved as instructed, nicely presented and delivered on time. I am satisfied with this product.

The award turned out great, but the box that it came in was essentially destroyed because it was just placed in a fairly large plastic shipping envelope with no padding and the box was just secured by a silver rubber band.

This was just what we were looking for. Nice options
