I really liked this ornament, however, if I had one complaint it would be that when you turn on the light it blocks out one of the people in the picture a bit. It seems that one of the LED lights is mounted directly behind her. Other then that I really liked it!

I bought all my family members ornaments and this one I chose for my parents. They absolutely loved it.

Good quality of the item however the light flickers. Choose pictures with a light colored background, they will look better.

The idea is cool. However our ornament picture was put in upside down. It's all glued in and extremely difficult to try to change the pictures. So now we can't hang it. The light part is cool, but the quality of the picture is very grainy and the lights aren't very bright so the picture does not light up as bright as shown Would be a very cool concept once the kinks are worked out. Just wish they had inspected our before shipping.

I really liked all these items but I'm only giving it a 3-star due to the lack of lighting. The 3 lights behind picture shows up as 3 bright lights behind picture.

Pictures weren't centered. Had to take out to center. Clasp holding picture in place - flimsy. Pictures we're blurry

Was disappointed that the battery probably won't last long if you forget to turn it off when on your tree. Otherwise, image looks great and cool idea.

When I made ornament I didn’t notice it had a light....my mistake. I ordered 5 and only 2 had all the heads fitting....the pictures had to all be pulled out and put correctly.
Ended up ordering a different set of ornaments. All the other products I have purchased have met my expectations.

Really strange item.
- Ornament arrives with photo plate not inserted.
- Slot for inserting photo plate (strangely located on the bottom of ornament) was taped shut. Had to cut tape to open, damaging ornament in the process.
- Photo plate is too transparent and shows the three very bright LEDS within, which means that three spots of your photo will be too bright to be seen. I cut a piece of paper to diffuse the light a bit, but it's still not great.
- A simple timer for the LEDs would be nice so the ornament doesn't have to be turned on/off separately from the tree lights. The ribbon was screwed into the bottom of the ornament not the top. Luckily I was able to drill a new hole in the top so it hangs right side up

Product is cute. Nice quality. Arrived with dead batteries so can’t tell how the picture looks with light on... now have to pay an additional $7 to get the ornament in working order.

If you are looking at the ornament you can easily see the 3 lights behind the photo, taking away from the photo. When you look at it on a side angle it looks better. Would not recommend. Disappointed.

I’ve been a customer for many many years. I’ve never had a complaint about any item I purchased and that is a lot. This Ornament however I put in for a return. The quality of the picture is very dark. Its much darker than the photo shows. I’m waiting for a refund.
