This was a perfect gift for our kids at Christmas. We could individualize it for each of them according to their family configuration.
We purchased the gift box since we are out of state and unfortunately, they didn't end up in them. Customer Service truly is just that. I let them know about the error and we were refunded immediately. We will definitely come back.
