Festive Foliage Personalized Christmas Tree Skirt

I ordered this Christmas tree skirt as a gift for my daughter. The first one she received had a flaw in the fabric. I sent an email to customer service and within a day received a response. After providing photos a replacement skirt was sent. The second skirt I am happy to report was beautiful. My rating is not only for the skirt, but also for the customer service I received.
