I bought and personalized this glass Mom frame for my mother-in-law for Christmas. My husband finally connected with his birth mother after 59 years. The way I was able to tailor this frame to make it fit my husband’s new relationship with his Mom was perfect. When she received the frame, she was so touched and displayed it immediately. Customer service was great too! I forgot to add something on one of the frames & I reached out & they changed it immediately! I also emailed a few more times after that with some concerns & they answered all of my questions very quickly.
