Damaged gift box upon receiving it and pen engraved quality is doesn't matchBy

1. Damaged gift box upon receiving it(they were able to give a refund for this)
2. Content inside the box is not damaged. However, the pen engraved quality is doesn't match up to the preview they have. Preview states "...Preview Feature is a representation of your actual, finished product."
When compared to the site picture and the pen I received, the name brightness doesn't match. It's very hard to see the name on the pen. Customer service would not give a refund because "...they have determined the item was made according to the design parameters created by our Design Department."
Still very unsatisfied with this because all they could do was give a 20% discount. This will be the last time we shop here.
