I got my personalized travel mug within 10 days of ordering. I love it. It’s not too big, the personalization I chose turned out really nice so should last me for many years. I’ve only had cold liquids in it so far and it kept them cold for hours. My first time ordering and I will certainly be ordering from this company again.
