This is just what we wanted. It holds so many names we added both sets of grandparents. It took a little time arranging the names how we wanted, but it turned out perfect. We ordered an 18" pillow and the material is soft, like a brushed cotton. We didn't add a family name to the trunk. I didn't hear anything after the confirmation of the order and 2 wks had passed, but they put a rush on production and expedited delivery after I called. It sits on my sectional so everyone sees it.

The Family tree pillow is not only a good idea with its names of family members shown but challenges each family member to find their name. The quality of this product is excellent and each name has the best font size. Our family loves it, so much so that I had to purchase another. Suggest you expand the number of names to be included from 22 to 32 as families "always" expanding.
