When I received the sun catcher there was scratches all over the name side. I emailed customer service and sent a picture, had a friendly response and a new one shipped in less than 24 hours after sending the email. Second one was perfect! This was really cute when it came I love it it turned out fantastic the only thing I wish is that the chain was a little bit longer when you hang it and hangs up really high to the ceiling and hard to see
