I received my personalized gift fast. It was exactly what I wanted to give to my FIL to pay tribute to his brother who just passed away.

I bought this for my sister and her husband after her father in law passed. He had been a medic and a green beret. They both cried when they received it because it is such a beautiful tribute and was personalized with his name, birth and death date, and two other lines of our choosing. The ability to personalize it And add your own photo made it that much more special. For the past two years I had gone with plaque awards for our charity event. I bought this for my son-in-law when I found out that he had been promoted to SGT. My husband and I wanted to do something special to show him how proud we are. I bought this for my boyfriend for the Marine Corps Birthday and Veterans Day. He served 5 years and did 3 tours overseas so his service was and still is very important to him. I made sure that the picture was of him and his closest friends in the service. He absolutely loved it. I used the default Soldier's Poem, and it made him cry! The craftsmanship was beautiful, and now he'll always have something on the shelf to remind him of the good times he had in the service.

Absolutely love it except it's so hard to read wish the lettering had color rather than clear/white other than that I love it

This is a beautiful gift to present to someone retiring...my only issue is that the white printing on clear acrylic is difficult to read without truly focusing on it...otherwise this is a 5 and a lovely tribute.
