Vintage Age Personalized Birthday Wine Bottle Label

I purchased 4 of the personalized wine bottle labels for "special" birthdays coming up.... they were all done nicely with the name/birth year and received quite fast. I've done business with Personalization Mall numerous times in the past and have never been disappointed.

I purchased 2 of these, one for a friend & one for my sister.

Make sure you measure the type of bottle that you will use, to ensure it will fit properly. I used a Welch's Sparkling wine bottle and it was perfect.
