This item was very nice and the person I gave it to cried when she got it. She was very impressed with the quality of the product. She really liked that fact that it was personalized just for her.

I bought this as a gift for my doctor. It is heavy glass but when I removed it from the box it came in it was in two pieces - the engraved side had fallen apart from the other two sides. I called customer service and they replaced it but I am still worried it will not stay together.

I ordered both the desk name plate and business card holder in the photo it showed the white writing dark, When I received product the writing is very light almost can't see it once placed on desk. Sick of having people telling me can't see name on product.
