This item is very nice. I love that they have pre-scripted suggestions for the verbiage on the plaques. It's very well written and helpful.
I also wanted to give a shout out to the customer service dept for sending a replacement plaque overnight. I ordered 2 and one was cracked upon arrival on Thursday night. I immediately emailed the company b/c I needed it 2 days later for a Celebration of Life event. They promptly within responded hours to my email and placed a re-order and overnighted it.
