Product is not made of wood, it is a lightweight molded textured polystyrene to give the appearance of wood

NOTE: The top rope is decorative only. DO NOT pick the assembled product up by the rope to hang, as the top plaque may break. Please refer to the enclosed instructions on proper hanging. Assembled plaque should be picked up from the bottom to evenly distribute the weight and then hung by the attached sawtooth hangers on the wall.

We purchased this for our boss, and her family and grandchildren are her life. We are so anxious to see her reaction to this beautiful gift and wonderful way to display the pictures of her family under their last name. Really novel and great gift idea.

I love the way this looks. I've received many compliments. It was easy to put together. I didn't use all the frames provided but it was easy to disconnect them. I am very happy with the purchase.

Very nice gift but the quality isn't the best. It was difficult to place the pictures into the frames that are attached. The board that is personalized is cheap plastic looking not wood as it appears. Grandma liked this but it isn't
the best quality as compared to other items I have purchased from this company.
