#1 Mom Personalized Keepsake Award

I am beyond pleased with the item that I received. It was just
beautiful and so well done. I changed the personalization to my son's

I received the personalized keepsake award which my grandson gave to his MOM for Mother's Day. The keepsake was beautiful and exactly what was shown. My daughter was so touched when her son (who is 7 years old) gave it to her that she started to cry.

I should have read the product information more closely. I was certainly expecting a much larger item than what arrived. It is probably 5 inches tall. So be aware before you purchase. Having said that, the product is beautiful and unique and well crafted.

The piece was perfect. Great quality and it looked exactly how it appeared in the preview before I purchased it. I only wish it was a bigger piece to stand out more when place on a dresser or office desk.

I absolutely love it! My only issue is the description could've been more clear on the size because I was expecting it to be bigger. Besides that it's great and she loves it! Clean cut, no jagged ends and plenty space to add everything I wanted to say.

The lettering at the bottom & top are fine but using most of the available characters for the message in the middle made the letters small & caused the edges of the letters to blur (good lesson here - as in KISS). Not quite up to Personalization Mall standards seen on our previous orders. But as usual, lettering exactly as ordered, shipped next day & arrived in plenty of time. Good weight, nice clear material & a pleasant surprise to find it in a gift box even though we hadn't ordered it which more than made up for the slightly fuzzy lettering.
