This came looking just like the example. Its not a solid white background. It has the rustic/farmhouse look. Looks great over my bar area. Great price with sale.

It was just as pictured with the exception of the finish being a little distressed. It was hard to see that in the photo. Still an excellent piece to finish your decor. Would definitely recommend.

I'm really happy with the quality and look of this sign. My laundry room is a pass-through from my garage into the house so everyone walks through it. I wanted it to look nicer and feel more like part of the home. The sign is a great way to do that. My only complaint is that I would have preferred that they used hooks or holes for hanging that did not slide from side to side. It made it difficult to center and hang.

The product arrived in a timely manner. I was expecting a smooth white background but instead it was sort of spotty, not a smooth clear white background. The lettering didn't look solid black but kinda gray. I thought it was simply plain black lettering and a plain white background. Since it was personalized I couldn't return it.
