Second Go Round!
The first board was a major flop. I was unable to read the quote and the date. The name was barely legible as well. I contacted customer service and they were very prompt in their response. I was unable to present the gift to my client in person. However, the replacement board was done very good. It was how it should have looked the first time - legible. As a result the company did reimburse me the cost I initially paid to expedite shipment. All in all the over all experience was good.
