The whole process of selecting a mug design (they have many other great items to be peronsalized, not just mugs!) to start with and then adding the personalization features I wanted (a name, a description and a special message) was all extremely easy!
The speed with which the whole process took place, from the initial order to the arrival of the mugs yesterday took less than a week! I was just happy they would be here before Christmas but I had no idea they would arrive so quickly.
