My 9 year old randdaughter has special needs and is unable to do anything for herself due to her physical limitations, including her vision. Although she is legally blind, she absolutely LOVES looking at all things that light up. I bought this as a gift for my niece who loves unicorns. As soon as she opened the gift box, she began to giggle with excitement. She pulled back the tissue paper and started to smile. She screamed and jumped while seeing the unicorn and her name. She held it and spun around in circles with glee. She said she couldn't wait to set it up in her room. I'm happy that I picked this gift for her. Her room is being updated so it was the 1st thing placed in there.

I picked this lamp out to decorate my Granddaughter's room because one of her favorite animals, real and fantastic, is the unicorn. I think my Granddaughter will not only enjoy the unicorn horn, but the color of the light. Hopefully, she'll keep for many years to come.
