I accidentally put the wrong middle name on my grandson‘s frame for my husband‘s daughter daughter-in-law. It would’ve been awful if the wrong middle name had been received by them. The service department changed it even though I checked the box I know it Fit had already been printed. It would’ve been too late, but they were able to help me and I’m really thankful.

I just received my engraved wooden frame today and it is absolutely beautiful. I love the font of the lettering that I selected. I purchased the 8x10 picture to be inserted in the frame, and it just makes for an excellent product. I'm so glad I purchased the photo as it arrived ready for gift giving with no additional effort on my part. This is the 2nd personalized frame I have purchased this year and I am so pleased. The frame is a really nice quality of wood and I feel it goes with anyone’s decor. I also like that it gives me room to add a person’s name and on next line their birth date and date of passing because I give these as gifts to family members that have lost a loved one. I always add a saying to the top of the frame as well. A great frame to put a special picture of their loved one. It’s a great thoughtful gift and everyone that has received one has always loved the frame.

This is the second time I have ordered this personalized frame from PM. It is great when you want to send a special message -- and the turn-around was phenomenal. It was promised 7/15 which was a little later than I had hoped for, but was delivered on 7/11 -- I ordered it on 7/9!

What a beautiful frame ,very well made. I bought this for a fathers day gift for my son and they turned out great. I love the fact you can put there names and year on the frame for a keep sake.you can hang it on the wall or set it on a table. I will definitely buy again.
