I reviewed this product earlier today and only gave it 2 stars. After my review Personalization Mall reached out to me to try and resolve my issue. Through dealing with them I learned that there was a protective film over my ornament that I wasn't aware of. Once this was removed, my ornament was beautiful. It was the good quality that I've grown accustomed too. Thank you PM, for helping me figure out the problem I was having!
