 Love the mugs and the customer service By Shopper  (Magnolia, OH) - December 26, 2024 I ordered eight of these mugs for Christmas presents. When I went to wrap them on December 21, I discovered that one of them had a broken handle. I called customer service and they had a replacement to me, at no charge to me, by December 23. Not only are these mugs adorable and very nice quality, but huge shoutout to Personalization Mall Customer Service. I am already a repeat customer, and that will definitely continue!

Name coffee cup This is so beautiful and so cute. I absolutely love it. It's exactly the way it was pictured when I received it. The way it's packaged is so perfectly safe and in good condition. Not a thing wrong/broken. The work is exceptional that they do. Absolutely perfect.

Love it! I ordered two of these mugs for my two granddaughters for Christmas. I haven't used them but they came out great. They're so adorable. I'm sure they're going to love it.
