The picture I picked for this ornament brought tears to my eyes. My son’s family lost their beloved cat, Simba a couple months ago. He always slept by my granddaughter, since the day she was born. A beautiful memory to place on their tree.

I ordered this for my daughter and her family after they lost their dog of 11 years. It's perfect for my young grandsons to remember their beloved buddy, Benny!
I just wish you could select your own font. The 'B' in Benny is very odd and if you look quickly looks like a 'D'.

Our daughter in law lost her dog, Nala in October, 2024 and our son lost his dog, Deacon in January, 2025. Losing their beloved pets so close to each other was hard for both of them. I bought these ornaments to add to their Christmas tree in remembrance of their dogs.

This is the third ornament I have ordered to honor my cats who have crossed the rainbow bridge. I ordered the wood one this time originally. but the picture was fuzzy and dark. I sent them a photo of it, and they refunded it no problem. I ordered the 3.75" matte, and it looks great. I miss my 20 year old kitty immensely, and this will be the first Christmas without her since 2004, but this way she will still be here. Thank you!

This is a wonderful way to carry on the memory of our fur baby. She was truly a member of the family. The quality is excellent so I'm sure it'll last for a long time.

My parents pup passed away about 2 weeks ago and I wanted to get them something in her memory. This was perfect. The photo I used was pretty dark because Kelly loved to roll around in the dirt and her face was dirty. I was a little worried what the ornament was going to look like because of the darkness so I purchased a second ornament with a lighter image just in case. Even though the photo was dark it still came out great. My parents are going to love this.

Was ready to hang our pet memorial ornament on the tree and when it arrived it was a picture of someone else's pet. ARGH! Mistakes happen. But what I can tell you is that customer service is great at fixing any problems and getting the replacement manufactured and shipped right away. I have ordered several of these over the years and they are just fine which is why I keep coming back. Photo in review is the correct item and what I hope to receive soon :)
