I wrote a review but it was not r. I reread the description and found the pillow was actually there but had appeared to be part of the cover. I was trying not to open the packaging and wanted to wrap it as is. The pillow was actually in a tightly vacuum sealed package that was in the pillow case.

I contacted customer service and within a few minutes my order was corrected. Super quick delivery. I ordered on Monday and it was delivered that Friday!
